Submitted by: Nikki Peterson Razor Creek Stables had their debut KHJA Show at Lakeside Arena this past weekend. Our horses settled in well after shipping in Friday night and schooling in both rings. Saturday was an early morning wakeup call of 4am from Louisville to feed; then tack cleaning following a great morning school. The rings were lovely and well set even though the day seemed never ending with everyone trying to get their last points in for year-end awards. Our last class was scheduled for 4pm and wasn't held until closer to 7pm. Although the day was long we were very happy to meet new friends and we'll defiantly be attending more shows at Lakeside Arena! Ribbons totaled two 1st, 2nd, and two 5ths with a Reserve Champion in the 3ft Low Hunters! |
