Adorable 15 yr old, 15.1 hand Shire/QH gelding. Perfect size and build for a lady rider or kid coming off a pony. This guy is an absolute kick ride in the arena with three steady and balanced gaits. Lovely mover who could definitely be competitive at local hunter shows and has a very low natural head carriage. He has spent the majority of his life being a trail horse and is happy over all kinds of terrain, crosses water, ditches, etc. Has recently started hunting 2nd field with Piedmont Hunt and absolutely loves it. He will happily stay in the back and ride on the buckle. Doesn't care about keeping up, hounds or horses running up behind him, and stands at all the checks. I think this would be his ultimate career choice! He ships out regularly and is the same horse at home or in a new location.
