Kentucky Equestrian Classifieds: -SOLD- Fancy, Quiet Mare- Amateur Friendly!
This horse can MOVE. She is just wickedly fancy, with a swagger in her step that screams "watch me". The trot has natural swing and suspension, and that flat-kneed toe-pointing style that everyone wants. The canter is soft as butter, rhythmical, and has incredible reach from behind.

She's absolutely stunning to look at, and is going to be enormous- at 16.2h and in a growthy stage of her development, I fully expect she will finish at or over 17h. She's rather narrow at the moment, but will fill out considerably as she matures. She has the biggest, most adorable floppy ears.

But the best part, and I mean THE BEST part about this filly is her brain. She is easy to handle, has the most soft, kind expression, and lives for snuggles. In your pocket is how I would describe her. To ride, she's as straightforward as they come. She learned how to be soft and round in 2 rides. My adult amateur students ride her. She is a real people pleaser, with that "can-do" attitude and a work ethic that bodes well for a career in sport. She WTC quietly in the arena, willingly plops over small jumps, (she's going to be a careful, catlike jumper, just wait), and hacks out on a loose rein, after just a handful of post-track rides. Not to mention she can open and close gates, and stands quietly at the mounting block. At 3 years old.

This mare reminds me so much of a mare I sourced off the track a couple of years ago called Stiletto, who was so willing and game that I was able to easily produce her from racetrack to Training level eventing in one year, before selling her to a good friend, who continues to have great successes with her. Horses with this kind of brain, paired with this level of physical ability, don't come around often- Believe me.

Nala has zero vices. She has clean legs and excellent feet (only shod up front). If I didn't already have a personal horse that I was committed to keeping, I would without question be keeping this one for myself, to bring up the levels. She is RRP eligible for 2025, and my goodness this one will be competitive. I could see her doing hunters, jumpers or eventing- really anything, and the sky is the limit. She's got it all- scope, suspension, temperament, rideability- all of it.

I don't expect she will last long, so act fast if you're a serious buyer. If you're not a serious buyer ready to purchase now, then please look elsewhere.

Sometimes a horse will show up here and it's so spectacular I am just dumbfounded. Such is the case with Nala. When I bought her off of a couple of awkward pictures and a short, equally unimpressive jog video, I thought, "hmm, she's sorta cute. I like her eye". What showed up blew my socks off.
