Seeking a full time property manager in Gordonsville, Virginia. The applicant must be of legal age and have experience maintaining and using farm equipment, including tractor, vehicle, Gator, weed eater, and zero-turn lawnmower.
This is a full time position with a 5 day a week work week. Benefits included and salary is commensurate with skills and experience.
Ideal candidate will be self motivated, able to work without direct supervision and meticulous in their work habits. The property manager will be directly responsible for maintaining a farm property and exterior of home and grounds.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Grounds upkeep
Mowing and weed eating
Gravel road maintenance
Trail maintenance
Care of all equipment and maintenance shed
Field management
Lawn management
