New Vista Farm is a picturesque semi-private equestrian facility conveniently located in the northern Lexington area. We’re just 20 minutes from downtown Lexington, 13 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park, 4 miles from the Thoroughbred Training Center and less than a mile from Hisle Equestrian Park.

The large, well maintained 200’ x 150’ outdoor arena is set up with jumps and a dressage ring, providing ample space for riding and schooling. Four-rail fencing encloses all paddocks. The barn provides a well-lit, clean and safe environment for the horses in our care. Stalls measure a comfortable 12′ x 12′ and each have an exterior window.

Our barn lounge is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, a small refrigerator, microwave, bathroom and shower for riders who wish to refresh themselves when they’re finished. Picnic areas are positioned near the arena for spectators to relax while watching lessons or their horses being worked.

We do not offer full-time boarding services but students may leave their horses with us on short-term full board (if stalls are available) rather than hauling back and forth to their lesson. Horses in training are on full board with daily turnout during their stay at our farm.
