EVADI Farm is a 95 acre multi-discipline facility located in beautiful Paris, Kentucky. Just far enough into the country to enjoy the wide open spaces but only 16 miles from the Kentucky Horse Parkand and 17 miles from downtown Lexington and UK.. It is complete with 2 barns, indoor and outdoor arenas, covered round pen, Equicizer, and small, medium, and large private pastures. EVADI is owned by Jan and Bob Weber and managed by Jesus Estrada. Boarding at EVADI provides your horse with experienced and dedicated on-site staff with outstanding horse care skills. Hours are 8 am to 8 pm with afterhours available on request. Services include our grain and your supplements twice daily and hay at least three times per day, blanketing and daily night check. Stalls are mucked several times each day, and daily turn-out in individual pastures with automatic waters and mineral blocks. Free trailer parking.
The front barn has 13 well ventilated and matted 12 x14 or 12x16 stalls with Dutch doors, fans and lights. There are heated feed room and tack room, blanket room, two tack stalls and a separate wash stall with hot and cold water. The back barn that has many of the same amities as the front barn. It is an 18 stall barn with a 13 x 13½ stalls, tack stall, wash stall with hot and cold water, tack room, hay loft storage and heated feed room with sink, refrigerator/freezer.Both barns have ample saddle racks, blanket bars, bridle hooks for each horse and owner.
The 84’ x 194’ indoor arena is attached to the front barn by a covered breezeway and can be completely closed in to help keep the cold out during the winter and has large windows along the sides that can be opened to let the cool breeze in during the summer. The indoor has lighting, sound system, and Atwood Equestrian Pinnacle footing. The outdoor with sand and fiber footing is 150' x 210’ and located adjacent to the indoor and has hunter jumps.
